After 75 years of care for the community, it was easy to settle into business as usual. With a careful review of materials, facilities and service, the objective was clear: Elevate the level of the Palomar brand experience. From brand awareness through facility improvements to an elevated level of care; the quality associated with each step had to improve and be consistently high.
We conducted Brand Awareness Surveys to measure change and compare to other area healthcare providers. Over a four-year period, we were able to elevate the brand perception and overall experience at Palomar to a level that rivaled Scripps, Sharp and UCSD.
